Tella lets you control the volume of your background music and the different audio sources in your video (like your microphone and system audio). You can make changes for the whole video, or fine-tune audio on a single clip.
Adjust the master volume (applies to the whole video)
By default, you can adjust the master volume. This controls the overall audio level for:- your microphone audio
- your system audio (sound recorded from your screen)
Use advanced audio settings (control each source)
If you want more control, open advanced audio settings to adjust audio sources individually.- System audio: if you recorded system audio by accident (for example, audio from something playing on your screen), you can lower it or switch it off.
- Microphone: if your mic is too quiet (for example, you were sitting too far away), you can boost the microphone volume. If it is too loud, you can turn it down.
Adjust audio for a single clip
If your video has multiple clips, you can apply different microphone and system audio levels to individual clips. By default, audio adjustments apply to all clips in your video. To change only one clip:- Select the clip you want to edit.
- Choose adjust this clip only.
- Set the microphone and system audio levels for that clip.
