Download past Tella invoices - Tella

Past Tella invoices and receipts are in the Stripe billing portal, which a workspace owner opens from Settings → Plans & Billing. Tella’s receipt emails also contain them.

Find invoices in the Tella app

Click your workspace name in the top-left corner.
Click Settings.
Select Plans & Billing from the settings menu.
Click open the Stripe portal at the top of the page (or Manage on your current plan).
In the Stripe portal, click any invoice to open its details page, then download the invoice or the receipt.

Only workspace owners can open the Stripe portal, and the link only appears on a paid plan (there are no invoices during the free trial). If you’re a member or viewer, ask an owner for the invoice.

Find invoices in your email

Search your inbox for “Tella invoice” or “Tella receipt”.
