Download a GIF
-
Open your video in the editor.
-
Click Download in the top right (next to Share).

Under File type, select Thumbnail (.gif).

Set your preferred options:
- Start time: choose where in the video the GIF begins (in seconds). Use the increment and decrement buttons to fine-tune the value.
- Duration: drag the slider to set how long the GIF loops, from 0.5 seconds up to 30 seconds. The maximum is clamped to the remaining video length from your start time.
- Size: select Large (1280px), Medium (640px), or Small (320px).
-
Check the live preview to confirm the GIF looks right.
-
Click Download GIF.
You can also download a static thumbnail as JPG or WebP from the same menu. Static thumbnails have the same start time and size controls (Large 1920px, Medium 1280px, Small 640px) but no duration slider.
