Most of the time, you can’t log in to Tella because you signed up with a different email address than you remember. Find the address you used, then sign in with it.

- If you signed up with an email and password and can’t remember it, see How do I reset my password?.
- If you signed up with Google, sign in with Google. There’s no password on your account until you set one. Once you do, both Google and email/password sign you in to the same account; see Switch from Google to email/password login.
- If you can sign in but your videos are missing, you’re most likely in an account created with a different email address. Sign out and try the other addresses you use, following the tips above.
