When your subscription ends, your workspace reverts to the Free plan. You can keep using Tella to record, edit, and share — Free includes the recorder and the full editor. The main thing that changes is video retention:
  • Videos you created on a paid plan are kept. They’re not deleted when your subscription ends and remain viewable as before.
  • New videos created on the Free plan expire after 7 days. They’re deleted automatically once 7 days pass, unless you upgrade. We’ll email you a day before a video is due to expire.
If you resubscribe at any time, the 7-day timers on your Free-plan videos are cancelled and those videos are kept indefinitely. See tella.com/pricing for the full Free vs Pro vs Premium comparison.
