- Check the Tella account you’re logged in with on the Mac App.

Check the Tella account you’re logged in with on your browser.
- Open Tella in your web browser by going to tella.com
- Click on your workspace name on the top left
- Click on the Profile tab
- Take note of this email address

Compare the email addresses from Steps 1 and 2. They should be identical.

- Sign out of Tella in your web browser
- Log back in using the same email address you’re using on the Mac App
