- Just before you start a recording - so you’re unable to start
- At the end of a recording - so you’re unable to stop
- Try again, if you can - don’t try a full new video, just do a test
- Quit and restart your web browser - most of time this type of error is related to a problem with your web browser and restarting can fix it
- If 1 and 2 don’t help, contact support via the in-app menu, or support@tella.com
