To embed a Tella video in an Intercom Help Center article, copy the embed code from the video’s Share → Embed tab and paste it into an HTML block in the Intercom article editor.
Embed a Tella video in Intercom
- Open the video you want to embed in Tella and click Share
- Go to the Embed tab and copy the embed code
- In Intercom, open the Help Center article you want to add the video to
- Click the + button in the article editor and select HTML
- Paste the Tella embed code and save the article
Your video will appear inline in the article, and visitors can watch it without leaving your Help Center.
To create a new draft article from a video’s AI-generated document instead, connect Intercom and save the document from Tella.
Tips for Tella embeds in Intercom
- Size the embed: You can adjust the
width and height in the embed code to fit your article layout
- Hide the title: Turn off Show title in the embed settings before you copy the code
- Track views: Video views from your Intercom Help Center are tracked in Tella’s analytics just like any other embed
