If you’re looking to change the email to your Tella account, but see an error when doing so, it’s likely that there’s an account associated with that email already. This guide will walk you through how to fix that.
  1. Log into the email you’re trying to change your account to
  2. Delete that account from Tella, you can do so by following this guide
  3. Once you’ve deleted that account from Tella, then log into your existing Tella account
  4. Then change your email like you normally would by following this guide
