Find & Replace allows you to quickly correct recurring errors in your video transcript. Instead of manually editing each instance of a misspelled name, brand, or term, you can find and fix all occurrences at once.
When to Use Find and Replace
Find and Replace is particularly useful for:- Correcting names that AI transcription misspells or mishears
- Fixing brand names or product terminology
- Updating technical terms that weren’t transcribed correctly
- Replacing any word or phrase that appears multiple times in your transcript
How to Use Find and Replace
- Click on the “Subs” tab
- Click on the occurrence of the word you want to replace
- Click the Find and Replace tool icon on the bottom left of the subs sidebar
- In the Replace with field, type the correct word or phrase
- The tool will show you how many instances were found in your transcript
- Navigate between instances using the arrow buttons to preview each occurrence
- Click Replace to update all instances at once
