Prerequisite: To add a member to a video, you need to ensure the user you want to add is in the same Tella workspace as you.You can follow this guide to learn how to add a team member to your Tella workspace.
Some instances where you might want to invite a team member to one of your Tella videos include:
  • Allowing them to edit your video
  • Allowing them to download your video
    • This is the case if you have viewer downloads disabled

Add an editor to your video

  1. Open the video you want to add your teammate to
  2. Click on the ”+” icon on the top right next to the preview button
  3. Enter the email address of the teammate you want to add
  4. Click select your teammate
  5. Click “Done”
