Click your workspace name, hover over Workspaces, and choose Join or create workspace to see Tella workspaces that match your work email domain, then click Join or Request to join. Tella only shows matching workspaces you have not joined yet.

Click your workspace name in the top left corner of the sidebar.

Hover over Workspaces in the dropdown menu.

Click Join or create workspace.

Find your team’s workspace, then click Join or Request to join.
What happens when I click Join or Request to join?
- Join: You are added as a Member and Tella switches you to the workspace immediately. This option appears for verified workspaces and workspaces that allow people with a matching email domain to join automatically.
- Request to join: Tella sends your request to the workspace owners. The workspace shows Request sent until an owner accepts or dismisses it.
Can I join with a personal email address?
No. Joining is matched on your work email domain. If you use a personal address such as Gmail, Tella can’t suggest matching workspaces; ask an owner to invite you instead.
Why can’t I find my team’s workspace?
Tella only lists workspaces on your work email domain that you haven’t joined yet. If none match, you’ll see No other workspaces on @yourdomain yet; click Create a new workspace if your team does not have one. Otherwise, ask a workspace owner to invite you. Last modified on September 28, 2026
