Delete your account from the Danger zone at the bottom of Settings → Profile. This permanently deletes your account and all your videos, and cancels any active Tella subscriptions immediately.
This action cannot be undone.

Delete your account

  1. Log in to your Tella account.
  2. Go to Settings → Profile.
  3. Scroll to Danger zone and click Delete account.
  4. Enter your email address to confirm.
  5. Click Delete.

Why can’t I delete my account?

If you see You cannot delete your account while you are a member of a workspace which has other members., you’re still in a shared workspace. There’s no button to leave a workspace yourself: ask an owner to remove you, or, if you’re the owner, remove the other members or delete the workspace, then try again.
