Once you have finished editing your video in Tella, you are ready to share it with viewers or download it to publish elsewhere.

Share your video

  1. Open your video in the editor.
  2. In the top right, click Share.
  3. Click Copy link to copy the video link to your clipboard.
  4. Paste and send the link to anyone you want to share it with. They can watch the video in their browser.
Tella renders videos instantly, so you can copy and share the link right away without waiting.

Change who can access your video

In the share menu, you can choose who is allowed to view the video.
  • Anyone with the link: anyone you send the link to can watch.
  • Workspace members: only people on your team can watch.
  • Password protected: anyone with the link can open the page, but they will need the password to watch.
For additional, more granular preferences, click Viewer settings in the share menu.

Preview what viewers will see

When you share your video, viewers will not see the editor. They will see the video view page instead.
  1. In the top right of the editor, click the Play icon.
  2. Review the view page to confirm everything looks right.
On the view page, you can:
  • Edit the video title
  • Add a call to action button
  • Play the video to review the final result
Viewers can also control playback options such as playback speed, captions, mute, and full screen.

Download your video

If you want to publish your video somewhere else (for example YouTube, LinkedIn, or X), you can download it as a file.
  1. Open your video in the editor.
  2. In the share menu, click Download.
  3. Choose your download options, such as:
    • Type
    • How subtitles are included
    • Video size
    • Frame rate
  4. Click Download to download the file to your computer.
Once downloaded, you can upload the file to other platforms.
